PRICES
All prices are quoted in € euros per apartment/studio per night, based on two people. This includes Wifi, water, electricity, air-conditioning, heating, bed linen, bathroom- and pool towels for two people. There is Television with Netflix. Some apartments can host four guests, there is a surcharge for three or four guests instead of two. Breakfast will be served on request, or you can pre-book it. Breakfast is served between 9.00-10.30 am. Dinner we serve three times a week (Normally on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and on special Events). There are drinks available at the pool area (Breakfast, dinner and drinks are not included in the room price). We kindly ask you, if you use the air-conditioning or heating, to keep your doors and windows closed and if you leave your apartment/studio, to switch it off.

BOOKING  
You can book and pay online. At the website you can see which apartments and studio's are available and what are the prices for dates you like to book. We request a minimum of 50% payment when you book more then 8 weeks prior to arrival. Within 8 weeks, you need to pay the full amount. If you have paid 50%, the remaining balance also needs to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. 

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
Please inform us about your expected arrival time and if you have, your flight number. Check in is possible from 4 pm. If you have an early arrival, contact us before and we will we see if we can make an arrangement.

POOL
We have a clothing optional, heated swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi. You can be nude in the pool area and in the interior privacy of your apartment (only). Swimming is at your own risk, the pool is not supervised. Sexual activities outside your apartment or studio (in the pool area, garden) are not allowed. Every time you use the pool of jacuzzi, we ask you to have shower before you go in. There is a hot outside shower. No glasses around the pool and in the jacuzzi, we have plenty of plastic beer, wine and cocktail glasses. The swimming pool is heated April to October, the jacuzzi is heated all year.

CHECK-OUT
Check out is before 11 am on the morning of your departure. We might be able to accommodate a later check-out but this will depend on other bookings.

DOGS
Dogs are mostly welcome as long as they don’t bother our other guests, are friendly to other animals and you clean up your dog's poo in the garden and neighborhood.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in your room(s), and during common breakfast and dinners. You can smoke outside, on your private terrace. There is no smoking in the garden, nor in the nature in the area, there is always a big risk of fire.

CANCELLATION
In case you want to cancel your booking, there is a 50% refund if you cancel more then 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel within 8 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND PICTURES.
Our guests and also the owners take pictures and post them on social media. Of course no nude dick pictures. If you don’t want you pictures on social media, then please sent us an e-mail, prior to your stay, to info@laconnexion.eu. If we don’t receive any e-mail, its means you have no problem with it.
